Is this common to see two types of adapters in the same sequencing data?

Hello everyone.

Currently I am helping my PI to analyze the RNA-seq data. I just checked the data from FastQC but I found that one of them have two different types of adapters. One is universal adapter and the other one is illumina small RNA adapter. I never see this before so I don't know if it is common and how to explain it. Could anyone please help me to check the data?

I'll be very appreciated if you can help me!
