Best R packages for imagine Next Gen Sequencing Reads

Hi,

I usually take screen shots of IGV to show read coverage across a few interesting genes. Is there a better way to do this? With IGV, I can only fit so many files in one window which makes it difficult for me to generate an image with many files. Is there a bioconductor package that would help with this?
