Is there a database that lists, for non-mobile element sequences, not only the coordinates where novel sequence insertions have been found in the human genome but also compiles the assembled inserted sequences?

@Casey Bergman: in this question I am asking for any resource that compiles these sequences, not only 1000G-related. I thought this being a different question, I should post it as a new one.
