Bam file @RG read group information LB (The library from which the read has been sequenced)

Hello everyone,

I have 120 bam files. I want to run Breakdancer-max.

Bam file currently have below read group information

@RG ID:sample105_sg1_humansingle1_l1    SM:sample105_sg1_humansingle1   PL:ILLUMINA

To run Breakdancer LB (library) information is needed?

I don't have much idea about the sequencing of these samples

Is there any way, I can get library information from bam file itself?

how I can get the library information for each bams file

Best is to ask the wetlab team who performed the experiment.
