Hello! Could you please help to find information regarding "genotype calling" in Tassel5? Is it true that homozygous reference is (1/1), heterozygous is (0/1), and homozygous non-reference or alternate is (0/0)?

In other words, Tassel5 takes the major allele as the reference and the minor as the alternative, right?

Thank you in advance!
