Hello everyone!

Currently, I'm trying to identify novel lncRNA and when I use Stringtie to do assembly I am cofused about the gtf file selection. The reference genome I used was mm10 from UCSC. Then I opened The UCSC Table Browser and I was confused that, in "Group" selection, which one should I choose? "Genes and Gene predictions" OR "mRNAs and ESTs"?

I'll be very appreciated if you can help me!
