Hi I'm trying to use Disgenet in order to find all reported genes of a disease and i will use these gene to predict correlated miRNAs and pathways . the problem is, the number of genes are high and i need to sort them somehow. I studied database's help and found that GDA score is the best way to pick up genes. But i couldn't find a cut off value for your GDA score. can you please suggest me a way which GDA score is better in order to choose best correlated gene. Also a similar publication can be useful. or please share with me if you suggest other criteria more that GDA score.
