is it possible gene pathway analysis according to mutation type?

if gene mutation type is point mutation or missense mutation on TP53 gene. are they same role in pathway ?

This is not bioinformatics-related by itself so your question might get closed. A missense mutation is a point mutation so the effect can but does not need to be the same. Also, p53 mutations are diverse in effect with known examples for both promoting and inhibiting tumor growth. Please search PubMed extensively, starting with some reviews and then digging deeper into the original literature that concerns the topic you work on.
