Hi every one,

Some databases such as DAVID, BioDBnet or Panther cannot convert or enriched most of plant gene IDs or microarray spot ID, could you please introduce me a package for identifying enrichment a list of genes in plants. Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot.

What sort of data do you want to carry out an enrichment on? Also what plant are you working with, is it a model or a non-model?

Apologies for the delay in replying, I would appreciate your immediate attention to this matter. Our data is gene IDs or spot IDs that obtained from microarray analysis, these IDs do not convert to gene symbol, on the other do not enrich by these databases. Our plant is tobacco, this is not a model.

Apologies for the delay in replying. Thank you for valuable guide and introducing the site. Our studied genes related to the tobacco plant, unfortunately, this database does not contain tobacco (in "Organism of Interest" section). If I insert genes that belong to tobacco and set "Organism of Interest" section on thaliana, are the results valid?
