mash configure error --with-gsl can not find gsl

Hi, could you help me with this? i want to instal the FastAni software I have installed the gsl library , and feed the path to --with-gsl , but it just not work:

Hi oussriradnane,

What I see in your posted coed is that the --with-gsl option is missing. As far as I understand it, you need to run ./configure --with-gsl /path/to/gsl .
