how to download pubmed article abstracts for multiple terms using programming?

I have list of terms. I want to download all the articles from pubmed for each term at a time. Is there any possible to download using any programming code?

eutils, and maybe more specifically Entrez Direct seems to be what you need

You could have a look at pubtator and some of the tools that are growing around it. Pubtator is a database of all the pubmed abstracts and is actually annotated for some terms. I know its not full papers but might be worth a look.
