I am a student for bioinformatics and have a project in ML. I am looking for ideas for dataset and research question for the project. Does anyone have any interesting ideas?

Hi eheibru, I read a little about the use of ML for molecular docking, briefly you can use ML to study the interaction between host and pathogens proteins (i.e. bacterial membrane proteins and eukaryote cellular membrane proteins).
