Supernova run 1kb+ min scaffold

Hi,

Does anyone know what flag to use to set the min scaffold length for the statistics? The default seems to be >10kb. I would like to get the lengths >1kb.

Default option for making fasta from assemblies is 1 kb (--minsize=N). See this page.
