Symbols and their functional significance

http://pathwaymaps.com/maps/427 While I can understand +P stands for phosphorylation, what does B , CS, TR, CM mean. Why are the graphical symbols in this picture different; there should be some functional aspects that differentiate these symbols. Can someone help?
