I am currently looking for a matrix of transcription factors impact on genes in yeast.
For now, all the compendiums I am finding, only show binary data (presence/absence of a regulatory relationship), whereas for what I am doing I need continuous data - such as activation scores, percentage of explained variance by a transcription factor, correlations in expression, etc...
While there is an abundance of such databases for human and mice (eg TRRUST, CellNet, Network Compendium, ...) I have trouble finding anything for yeast, despite it being a significantly better explored and more easy to work with organism.
Where could I find such a database for yeast?
Have you looked at Jaspar and Yeastract?
Yes - Yeastract only have binary matrixes available for downloads, whereas Jaspar is more about transcription factors binding profiles than it is about regulatory interactions towards specific genes.
