I do not know of a specific database for mouse housekeeping genes, but you could try searching GEO datasets. There are various studies of housekeeping genes.

You can find in the database "Housekeeping Transcript Atlas" reliable lists of human and mouse housekeeping genes for download. Link: http://www.housekeeping.unicamp.br.
