426 rows in the GWAS catalogue contain x in the CHR_POS, like '31776605 x 95917441'

What does it mean?

For SNP-SNP interactions, all elements that are specific to a given SNP (rsID, risk allele, mapped gene, chromosome location etc) are separated by an "x" (eg "rs1336472-A x rs4715555-G")

Always try to check the documentations before asking a question on a forum, answers for most of the common questions are there.

Thanks! I did read the file format specification :) Strange it said nothing there.
