Will it be possible to connect proteins associated with particular SNPS using only cell lines?

It is 'possible', indeed; however, it is better to obtain 'real' samples and to avoid the use of cell-lines.

Thanks Kevin.

What will be the disadvantage of using cell lines?

Hi BabySteps, there are diverse issues with cell-lines:

The one thing that I'll say is that no technique can faithfully reproduce the same cell line DNA exactly as it was when it was first immortalized. The very process of DNA replication, be it in vitro or in vivo, introduces base errors. As such, cell-lines drift from their original state.

If you are doing a project in 'school' or 'college', then maybe you do not have to worry about it.
