gdc-client download: ERROR: Max retries exceeded

Very interesting. It is the first time I met such problem when I use gdc-client to download TCGA dataset.

gdc-client download -m gdc_manisfest.txt

ERROR: Max retries exceeded.
ERROR: Max retries exceeded.
ERROR: Max retries exceeded.

ERROR: Max retries exceeded.
