Hello all! I have two CNV call files produced by CNVKit and would like to find the concordance between the two CNV call files. I know there are alot of SNP concordance tools out there. Are there any tools or a way to get the concordance of two cnv call files. Thank you in advance.

You could do that using surpyvor prf, a wrapper I wrote around SURVIVOR https://github.com/wdecoster/surpyvor
