Multiple postdoctoral fellow positions are currently available in the Bio-Data Science and Education Laboratory, School of Biological Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and in the Computational Biology Laboratory, School of Computing, National University of Singapore.
You will be joining a team of dynamic bioinformaticians, bio-data scientists and biologists in tackling some difficult but meaningful analytical problems in biological big data.
You should have a PhD in Computational Biology, Data Science, Computer Science, or Bioinformatics. Other relevant degrees may also be considered. You should preferably have experience working with mass spectrometry data and/or have experience working with network models. We are also looking at candidates with experience in single cell genomics and integrative omics. Familiarity with bioinformatics algorithms is highly desired but non-essential.
