Snoscan#error#make: Nothing to be done for 'all'

Hiii... As i'm trying to install the Snoscan software and i'm getting the following error during the "make" command. Please help me to solve this problem.Thank you.

dcb@dcb-Lenovo-H30-50:~/Documents/Maker/snoscan-0.9.1/squid-1.5.11$ make
make: Nothing to be done for 'all'.

That would usually mean the target exists. Typically you can do a make clean and then a make to start compiling.
