Hello I'm trying to do a rna seq differential analysis. I've been trying to search the web for what the difference is between quasi-likelihood F-test and the likelihood ratio test but still dont understand the difference , can someone please explain what difference is between the two tests? and which test is better when you doing rna seq differential analysis with unpaired samples ?
