Is there a LIST of available drugs and their target proteins to download?

Is there a downloadable LIST of available drugs and their target proteins?

For example like this:

Protein Drug

--------- ---------

CXCR4 Ibalizumab

Protein2 Drug2

and so on

It may also include not approved drugs.

I have a large list of targets and want to see "programmatically" which of them has already drug molecules available?

If possible, no commercial limitation as well.

• PharmGKB
• OpenPhacts
• Connectivity Map
• ChEMBL
• Open Targets

Not all of these may be exactly what you need.

This is available in DrugBank. You need to register to be able to download data.

Thanks. I got the impression that there is limitation for commercial usage of it? Is there not any other source with no limitations?

You can try https://www.targetvalidation.org, which essentially uses ChEMBL but with nicer interface and API.

I don't know their licensing structure.
