Hi guys, I'm searching for someone who's concerned about Survival Analysis. I'm using TCGA data for ovarian cancer (data type: RNA-seq, miRNA, methylation, CNA, somatic mutation) and I'm trying to predict the time at the event (the event is "relapse", 1 == relapse, 0 == censored data). But it's the first time for me trying to use survival analysis so I'd like to talk to someone in order to confront my results with somebody who knows more than me.
Thanks a lot, Giada
@Kevin has a tutorial for this (albeit with microarray data) here: Survival analysis with gene expression
Asking to do an analysis using a programming language does not seem logical. Are your required to somehow use python?
I'm asking about someone who knows hos to do survival analysis in python because I want to do SA using this specific language and not R. (This just because I need to do SA real quick and I can't use R)... Thanks for your reply, I'll try to read it and see if it's useful for me.

Yeah, this is what I'm actually using!! Do you know how to use it well/at its "full power"? @shoujun.gu
I just used it for some basic plotting. For using at its "full power", you should read its "full document"....
