What is Difference between "log10" and "ln" in bioinformatic? I use sizemat package in r software for estimate Morphometrics maturity in freshwater crab. should i logarithm my data or not? if yes the log must in "10" base or "e=2.718" base?

Can you try and rephrase that sentence? It is unclear what you want to say.

it doesn't matter as long as you keep the base consistent in all analysis. And if your data distribution is not skewed, it is optional to use log transformation.
