Mira assembler has stopped working

Hello people.

I am using the Mira assembler in some iontorrent readings. Everything was going well, but suddenly the program stopped mounting the readings correctly.

Example: I used the program to read "A" and it was executed. All right. So I went to assemble reading "B", but it didn't perform. Then I tried again to assemble reading "A" with the same parameters as before, but it didn't execute. From that moment on, no readings could be assembled again, including the ones I had already assembled.

Do I need to clean up some repository for the program to work normally?

Any answer will be most welcome.

Might be useful to provide exact commands used, exact errors reported by the program, etc.
