Is there any way to convert Agilent Probe sequence to gene ID? I have got ~500 Agilent Probe sequence which needs to be annotated with GRCh38 gene id.

You can use biomaRt. Which Agilent array is it? Please paste some sample IDs.

I only have probe sequences not probe ID. The probe id have been masked . I assume biomaRt converts probe ID not sequence.

Surely you can contact the group/person that/who designed the microarray and, thus, obtain a mapping to genes for the sequences?

Indeed, that is an option. But i was wondering if there is some way to blat the sequence to a specific genome version and get the gene details.

Yes, that is a possibility.
