When we translate the DNA sequence into amino acids it usually gives asterisk * sign indicating the number of stop codons. But by removing this signs our sequence gets altered and the result changes. How can we do best translation of our nucleotide sequences which is acceptable by most of the bioinformaticians.
You can replace them by X (Any amino acid)
