Unable to install Jbrowse setup in xampp on centos

I've been trying to install jbrowse setup in xampp setup with Centos. Though installation is successful if run in /var/www/html, it fails in /opt/lampp/htdocs/mywebsite/jbrowse. Major issue call out as absence of selective perl modules. For instance,

Any suggestions on how to solve this problem would be appreciated.

What about installing those modules? i.e. http://www.cpan.org/modules/INSTALL.html

Can you add a little bit about what you did during the installation or provide error messages from setup.log? It is a little surprising that it would install successfully in one place and not another.

In addition, I'm not sure it matters that much if it installed successfully in one place; you can just use a symlink to "place it" where you want it to be.
