I was wondering if I use publically available 10X sequenced single-cell RNAseq data, will I be able to get microRNA and lincRNAs from such data ?

Thanks

microRNA probably not due to the short size, same rules as in standard RNA-seq apply towards size selection etc. lincRNA, probably yes given expression is high enough that they do not fall into the dropout zone.
