Greetings. Please help me find free sites or free software I may use to export list of genes related to breast cancer. Thank you.

The genes may be related in 2 different ways: they may be driver genes, they may be predisposition genes. These genes may be oncogenic or tumor supressors. You also may look at the breast cancer from the point of view of affected pathways. There are hundreds of papers that address your issue. Personally I like the ones from PanCancerAtlas:

However, you may find your preferrable study using "breast cancer predisposition genes" or "breast cancer driver genes" as a query for google.
