Hi everyone,

I have used a couple of techniques to identify enriched transcription factor binding sites in my sequences of interest. I'm looking for something that would tell me if a group of TFs always co-regulate my sequences. Is there any technique out there to accomplish that?

Thanks a lot!!

you say 'my sequences' what are your sequences (chip-seq data? genes of interest?)

These are 7 genes that are expressed in the same tissue. We want to find out if there's a group of TFs that bind to all these genes.

I recommend you to use: RSA tools http://rsat.ulb.ac.be/, there are tutorials and papers where you can understand how to use it, it is very easy!

Regards,
