How to download Grch38p7 database associated DBSNP151

Hi,

I downloaded dbsnp 151 version of vcf file. I found that vcf file is using the Grch38p7 database.

I have HG38 database which sequence name like "chr1,chr2,chr3 ...".

And VCF file looks like 1,2,3 instead of chr1, chr2 and chr3...

I'd like to use the correct reference for dbsnp151.

I found one in the below location.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/assembly/GCF_000001405.33/

However, sequence name like "NC_000001.11 Homo sapiens chromosome 1, GRCh38.p7 Primary Assembly"

Which is not like only "1,2,3"..

could someone help me to find the correct database for dbsnp151?
