Color points on an Enhanced Volcano Plot based on external intervals

I was wondering whether there was a way to color points in an Enhanced Volcano Plot not based on the internal stats but just with a bed file input? Thanks.

Hey, I am the EnhancedVolcano developer. Can you elaborate on what is in the BED file and whether or not you need a a continuous or discrete colour scale? Either way, the BED file contents should be bound as a column to your input data-frame that is passed to the EnhancedVolcano() function.

Thanks for your input on this, so the bed file contains regions of interest from a different comparison that I want to map onto this particular Volcano Plot just to visualize distribution - discrete color scale would work well for this. My input data.frame is a DESeq2 result. Thanks again.
