When I analysis the differentially expressed gene , I used cummeRbund. I want to see the CV2 via the function fpkmSCVPlot, But I get one of the lines is horizontal, how can I interpret ?

I used command:

library(cummeRbund)
cuff<-readCufflinks("F:\\difference"
genes.scv<-fpkmSCVPlot(genes(cuff))
genes.scv

That link is broken or incomplete. Please follow the instructions linked by kristoffer.vittingseerup. Yu need the full link including the suffix (e.g. .png) and paste this into the image button field.
