I have a pathway enrichment network with pathways as nodes, and the common molecules as edges, where number of molecules is an interaction attribute. I can easily filter edges by Number of Molecules applying a filter through the Select tab, but I want to group select all nodes associated with those edges. Is there an easy way to do that? Because I can't seem to find anything in their tutorials.

You can do this using the Select panel. Go to the Chain tab, create a Node Adjacency Transformer, then apply it. That will take the selected nodes and add all the adjacent nodes and edges to the selection.
