Hello I am going to do a chip and then qPCR for AHR(Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor ). but I want to know the list of genes that AHR binds to them. I need these genes to design primers for checking by qPCR . some have suggested to use ENCODE. but I am not familiar with it. Could you learn me how to do and if possible record your desktop activity with free version of Camtasia with the name of JING link text ?

Thanks Babak

please look at the answers and comments to your previous question: http://biostar.stackexchange.com/questions/18055/how-can-i-find-list-of-all-responsive-genes-of-aryl-hydrocarbon-receptor And, no, I don't think you will find someone who provides you with a free video tutorial.

(even better, add the info you provided in this question to the previous one)

If you have an antibody, then I think folks might do a chip-seq experiment to answer this question?
