I have 711 essential proteins list of Streptococcus pyogenes MGAS5005 that are predicted by ePATH web server that only provides KO (KEGG ortholog) numbers (along with gene name and gene function) as protein identifier. But I need to find out the gene accession numbers of those proteins. Is there any convenient way to do this?

This may require two steps. If it works. KEGG --> Uniprot --> NCBI Accession.
