Hi everyone! Can somebody please reccomend me any literature/tutorial or something for the nanopore hybrid assembly ?
If you google
nanopore hybrid assemblyyou will get thousands of results. Find a common tool like https://github.com/rrwick/Unicycler and give it a try.
