i want to find the way that can find the correlation between two pathway like exosome and autophagy in theri signalling and genes and poteins

Use GSVA (Bioconductor) to transform your Genes X Samples dataset into a Pathways X Samples dataset, and then perform differential pathway analysis and correlations.
