there is biopython, but as I know (never work with it outside my university courses) it does not comprise even 1% of material presented in bioconductor

What does that mean? Are you referring to python package equivalents as alternative to R packages?

Short answer: No

Long answer: There are many tools/packages already in BioConductor, there are a few similar in Python, but each one has their own advantages/disadvantages.

I think it would be hard to beat R. But I think I need to ask... Thank you fellas...

There are some good part in R, but in general, it's better to use code already exists and not rewrite them again. You can use Python in R and R in Python.
