Is there any publicly available eQTL data in dogs or some other laurasiatheria genome? If possible something in a format that can be uploaded or displayed somehow in one of the common genome browsers, like UCSC or Ensembl.

Interesting question. I wonder if the very long-range haplotypes in dogs (due to excessive inbreeding in purebreds) would complicate identification of eQTL.

Long haplotypes should make trait association pop out even more, given the same sample size.

I know that but was wondering if the eQTL SNP may "appear" to be acting at a greater distance in dog compared to human because of these long-range haplotypes.
