Hi,
I am a rookie in this field so this might be a silly question, but how can I get the fine-mapped breast cancer risk-associated SNPs? By reading the paper, I have already found the list of 172 risk loci, but I don' t know how to find the SNPs associated with it? Another question is, is one risk loci correspond to one SNP? Thanks a lot!
