I may be missing something in the html help page, but is there a way not to have any labels aside from changing the label size to 0? Thanks.

Can probably just use selectLab = c(), but haven't tested it.

No unfortunately that does not work, still labels transcripts in highest lfc/pval quadrant.

Sorry, I should have made this more intuitive. You just need to do:

lab = NA
