Drug impact on gene expression database?

Does anyone know of a database or bioinformatics resource of drug treated RNA-Seq datasets? I found remarkably few relevant resources google searching. Galahad, the one resource I did find, appears to have their server down.

I am interested in identifying drug candidates that upregulate the expression of a specific gene.

Any pointers would be much appreciated!

The Connectivity Map (CMap): https://clue.io/cmap

The Connectivity Map, or CMap, is a resource that uses transcriptional expression data to probe relationships between diseases, cell physiology, and therapeutics. The changes in gene expression, or “signatures,” that arise from a disease, genetic perturbation (knockdown or overexpression of a gene) or treatment with a small molecule are compared for similarity to all perturbational signatures in the database.

Dependency Map (DepMap): https://depmap.org/portal/

The goal of the Cancer Dependency Map Project is to systematically catalog and identify biomarkers of genetic vulnerabilities and drug sensitivities in hundreds of cancer models and tumors, to accelerate the development of precision treatments.
