Hi everyone,

I read a paper as following:

A given mutation was classified as “clonal” if the 95% confidence interval of CCF overlapped 1 and “subclonal” otherwise.

The CCF is a continuous variable, and one mutation has a CCF value, but I don't know how to calculate the CI of CCF in my knowledge.

Anyone can help me? Thanks.

CCF is a proportion. Here is the method: https://rcompanion.org/handbook/H_02.html
