which cloud platform is better for genomics data analysis? Databricks, AWS, Asur or google cloud?

Genomics can be anything, from a tiny targeted sequencing experiment to a WGS cohort of 500 patients. This obviously influences the platform choice. Please invest some effort.

It may depend on the specific application that you are interested in using. At some level all cloud platforms offer you virtual machines, containers and systems to orchestrate work with them. If you are specifically interested in using offerings such as "Google Life science cloud" (link), "Amazon Genomics" (link) or "Microsoft life sciences" (link) then you will need to use that specific provider. There is going to be a learning curve (and cost) associated with all platforms but in general google's offerings are user friendly.
