I couldn't find anything in the R manual, so I thought I'd ask here. In the R package, pretty heatmap, is there a way to put the x-axis on top, rather than the bottom of the figure? If this isn't possible, is there any R heatmap package that allows you to easily do this? Thanks!
Did you check Complexheatmap which provides large number of customized options?
