genome circularity cross validation

Hello. I'm trying to cross-validate if I have a linear or circular viral genome.
I did an paired -end approach, using the pair-ends along my "modified genome" (I used the extremities as my genome) in IGV in order to have a visualization and a clear view, if I have a circular or linear genome. Still, I am not sure if I have a circular or linear genome yet as I have some pair ends from both sides, "crossing the breakage in the middle" of my query genome. The coverage in the IGV is much lower in the middle of the genome, but it is not zero, so I have to figure it out in a different way. Is it any software that I can use or an alternative pipeline that can validate my approach?

It's a viral genome. I forgot writing it to my question.
